Dutch cooperative association of real estate brokers and appraisers (NVM) U.A -NVM
The NVM is the largest Dutch association for brokers, appraisers and real estate experts. It has existed since 1898 and has its association office in Nieuwegein. The NVM is active in all market segments and provides targeted support to its members. On behalf of its members, the NVM provides powerful advocacy towards government and politics. More than 4,100 brokers and appraisers are affiliated with the NVM.

Quality register of real estate agents and valuers - real estatecert
The objective of the VastgoedCert Foundation is to guarantee the quality and professional competence of real estate agents and to improve them where possible. Certified real estate agents are registered with VastgoedCert on the basis of their professional competence.
Dutch home value institute - NWWI
The NWWI validates (approves) reports of home appraisals of affiliated appraisers and ensures that each appraisal is drawn up uniformly and according to clear guidelines. Lenders, intermediaries and consumers thus receive clear, objective and reliable home appraisals that provide insight into how the appraised value was arrived at.
